This Ginger-Honey Rice recipe was provided by our very own Crew Member Noelia Ayala. The balsamic vinegar provides a wonderful depth of flavor and turns your rice dish from blah to WOW. Careful with this one – it is addictive! Pair this rice with any vegetable or meat stir-fry for a really special meal. Sometimes plain white rice can get a little boring, but this touch of balsamic vinegar really just gives it some nice depth and makes it a little more interesting.
Ingredients Needed for Ginger-Honey Rice recipe:
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 3 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. CTC Ginger & Honey Balsamic, or more to taste
- Cook rice according to directions, adding the Ginger & Honey Balsamic just before end of cooking. Mix well.
