Caribbean Trading Recipes are now on Yummly

I have personally been using Yummly for my recipe searches and ideas for months. It is just organized really well and has some neat features. Finally, we have put Caribbean Trading Company’s recipes up there!  So now you can save all of your favorite recipes to your Yummly recipe box.

Caribbean Trading Yummly Page

Yummly is probably best described as “Pinterest for foodies”, and any recipe you “Yum” (“Pin” in Pinterest terms) is stored in your personal recipe box for easy access and overview.
You can also create multiple “Collections” (“Boards” in Pinterest terms) to organize your recipe box further, and when searching for new recipes on Yummly you’ve got lots of smart filters to apply to the search results to narrow it down to what you are looking for.

What’s really cool is the “Just for you” feature which gives you personalized recommendations based on the preferences you’ve stated in your profile, and “Paleo” is an option! So is “Gluten-Free”, “Dairy-Free”, “Soy-Free” etc. Strangely enough though “Sugar-Free” is not an option, but you are given the possibility to add disliked ingredients by free text, so that’s no issue. You can even filter out foods you are allergic to.

So what do you need to do to get started with Yummly?
1. Go to and click “Create an account” in the upper right, then follow the instructions to set up your account and create your profile.
2. Click the Yummly button in the Social media share row below your favorite Caribbean Trading recipes to populate your recipe box.
3. Explore to find more recipes to put in your recipe box. The Caribbean Trading Yummly Page is a good place to start!
