This yummy tropical rum drink cocktail is suitable for almost any occasion (particularly Caribbean romance) in which a delicious drink will set off an event. One could also call it a rum punch – the pineapple and orange juice pairs nicely with the rum and the almond flavor of the amaretto and the pomegranate flavor of the grenadine. It is sort of like a painkiller but instrad of coconut it has an almond-y nutty note.

Ingredients Needed for this Rum Drink:

- 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
- 1 oz Amaretto
- 1 1/2 oz Orange Juice
- 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 splash Grenadine

Directions:

Shake well with ice and pour into highball glass. Float grenadine on top and garnish with an orange, lemon, or lime slice.
