In honor of Bonaire’s wild flamingos, this cocktail recipe is pink! Serve this pink drink at any cocktail party and your guests are sure to feel like they just warped to the Caribbean and back during your party.

- 1 ounce Pineapple Rum
- 2 ounces Pineapple Juice
- Splash of Cranberry Juice
- 1 ounce Half and Half

If you have the time and are going to serve this rum cocktail immediately try blending the ingredients with ice to make a slushy drink. If you don’t have the time or resources for that, enjoy a Sweet Beach over crushed ice and garnished with some pineapple rings or any other tropical fruit pieces.
