Creamy Cafe Balsamic Vinegar

This cask-aged balsamic vinegar offers complex notes of rich and savory dark roasted coffee.  Yet it is caffeine-free!  Makes a fantastic glaze or barbecue base.  Exquisite on game meats, fresh soft cheeses, fruit fondues, or waffles.

Gluten Free. No artificial flavorings, thickening agents, caramel nor additives added. May contain sulfites.

Ingredients: Grape must, red wine vinegar, concentrated red grape juice, coffee flavor.

What is Balsamic Vinegar?

It is a very dark, concentrated, and intensely flavoured vinegar originating in Italy, made wholly or partially from grape must. Grape must is freshly crushed grape juice with all the skins, seeds and stems.

White Balsamic Vinegar is made from white wine vinegar made from Trebbiano grapes from the Modena region of Italy and is combined with concentrated, uncooked grape must. White Balsamic vinegar is milder and sweeter than the traditional Balsamic.
