It’s Mango season again! The mangoes are growing bigger on the trees and it looks like it will be a plentiful harvest again this year. That being the case, we are always on the lookout for a new way to use up this abundance of fruit. And this year- I’ve decided to mix it up with some of my favorite Puerto Rican rum for a refreshing Mango Martini. Here is a great rum drinks recipe…
Ingredients
- ice (crushed)
- 1/4 cup white rum (Don Q or Bacardi)
- 2 tbsps triple sec (liqueur)
- 2 tbsps juice (mango)
- 2 tsps fresh lime juice
- 1 slice mango or strawberry (for garnish)
Directions to Make the Mango Martini:
Place ice and liquors in a shaker and shake. Strain out into a martini glass and serve. Use a mango slice to garnish. It’s that easy!
