Feel free to substitute the Bacardi 151 rum for any white rum of your choice. This is the perfect cocktail for those warm tropical nights! And it particularly functions well as a post-dinner aperitif in lieu of a dessert, as long as you are using a lighter proof rum.
- 1 1/2 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
- 1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
- 1 oz milk
- 2 scoops chocolate ice cream
- Hazelnut Cane Sugar for rimming the glass (optional)
Directions to Make the Pirate Chocolate Cocktail:
- Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve in a chilled goblet.
