Every now and then a rum shooter is required rather than a mixed drink – think cheersing for a celebration. Here are 3 easy shooter recipes made with Gold Rum. You can use Bacardi, but I recommend Don Q Gold if you can get your hands on it. these recipes are courtesy of Drinks Mixer.

Angel Hair Rum Shooters recipe

3/4 oz gold rum
1/4 oz peach schnapps
Make sure that both ingredients have been in the freezer for several hours and are nice and cold. In the glass, add about 3/4 rum, and fill the remaining 1/4 with peach schnapps. Hold shot glass to light, and small tendrils, almost like hair can be seen. Shoot.

Bleeding Bacardi recipe

2/3 oz Bacardi® Superior rum
1/3 oz raspberry cordial

Add the Bacardi first. Then slowly pour in the cordial. Drink when they start to separate.

Liplock Rum Shooters recipe

1/2 oz Bacardi® gold rum
1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
3 drops grenadine syrup
1/2 tsp pineapple juice
1/2 tsp Sunny Delight® orange juice
Add Malibu & Bacardi, layer juices and grenadine on top. Shoot it down!
