The Adventures of Anselm the Cat Children’s Book

The Adventures of Anselm the Cat: 1598 English Invasion is an illustrated story book based on the second invasion on the Island of Boriken, now Puerto Rico. Cats have been residents in Old San Juan since the first boat landed and the the conquest of the Island started. Anselm the Cat and his friends actively defend the city invasion and finally win and live to tell the story. Now a days you can walk around the fortified walls and meet Anselm’s great grandson watching our San Juan Bay entrance.
