The Sweetener of Choice. There’s a reason Pure Cane Sugar has been a sweetener of choice for over 2,000 years. Sucrose (sugar) is a carbohydrate that is present naturally in fruits and vegetables. It’s one of nature’s most versatile ingredients. It enhances flavor, aroma, texture and browning.

Cane Sugar comes from Sugar Cane (a type of perennial grass), as opposed to sugar that has been produced from sugar beets or a mix of both. The Cane is then crushed to extract the natural juices. It goes through subsequent processes to further refine it. Our Cane Sugar is minimally processed, and retains a light brown coloring and caramel flavor.
