This is a 5 oz bottle of Steven’s CuisinePuerto Rican green Hot Sauce. It is made by the Puertorican Salsa Company in Ponce, Puerto Rico. It has a flavor very reminiscent of Puerto Rican Sofrito, due to the inclusion of Recao (Culantro). It is mild in heat.

Hot Pickled Aji Peppers, Garlic, Recao Leaf, Oregano, Distilled Salt, Distilled Vinegar, Sodium Bisulfate, Water
