Thanksgiving Recipe from Puerto Rico’s Condado Plaza Hilton


As the holidays are fast approaching, The Condado Plaza Hilton would like to extend a taste of Puerto Rico for all to enjoy this Thanksgiving with their special Turkey Tenderloin with “Mayorca” Stuffing recipe.  This elegant dish combines the renowned quality and taste of dining at The Condado Plaza Hilton with the ease and convenience of holiday cooking at home:

Ingredients for stuffing:

1 1/2 (1 pound) “mayorca bread”
2 tablespoons butter

2 onions, chopped
1 bunch celery, diced
2 ounces Chopped walnut
2 ounces raisins

2 parsley

Salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients for tenderloin:
8 ounces turkey breast tenderloins
2 tablespoons olive oil
Black pepper and salt to taste

Ingredients for breading:
8 ounces Panko
¼ cup mayonnaise

Directions for stuffing: Break “mayorca bread” into pieces and place in a medium bowl. Slowly cook and stir the celery and onions with butter until the onions are soft. Transfer to the bowl with “mayorca bread” and mix by hand until well blended with the rest of the ingredients. Let the stuffing rest until it’s cooled.

Directions to stuff the turkey tenderloin: Rinse turkey; pat dry. Open butterfly each tenderloin put the stuffing and rolled. Then pass through the mayonnaise and then through the panic. Cook at 350 degrees in the oven for about 25 minutes or until the center reaches 165 degrees. Let cool and then cut into slices.
