For those of you looking for a tropical cocktail shot with some kick to it, this shot will get you going! Mangoes paired with our scotch bonnet hot sauce and rum will bring the flavors and heat of the Caribbean to your next party.
- 3/4 cup ripe mango puree
- 1/3 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup Rum
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 tsp Scotch Bonnet Mango Madness Crushed Pepper Sauce
Mix all ingredients except for the hot sauce in a shaker and shake well.
Put a thin layer of Scotch Bonnet Mango Madness Crushed Pepper Sauce on the bottom of the shot glass and then pour in the Mango mix.
Makes 6-8 shots
