A Puerto Rican Cocktail Recipe: Easy Breezy

This Puerto Rican Cocktail includes the sweet Caribbean tastes of pineapple mixed with the light taste of Crème de Almond. This icy drink is sure to hit the spot when you are craving a sweet tropical cocktail to end a hard day. This is a cocktail best enjoyed on a hot summer day, next to the pool with all your friends and family.

What You Need:

Makes 2 servings

2oz. white or dark Rum

2 oz. Crème de Almond

12 oz. Pineapple Juice

Splash of Grenadine

Blend all ingredients with a handful of ice to make it slushy. Put a splash of grenadine in the bottom of a hurricane glass and fill with the slushy mixture. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, or orange wedge and a cherry. Enjoy!
