The Fiesta de Café offers a tour of Puerto Rico’s famous coffee-growing industry right in the comfort of your hotel. Tastings are offered of local artisan coffees and herbal teas along with typical local pastries. We take care of all the details- staffing, merchandise, and decoration to ensure a truly terrific event and gift. A variety of coffee-themed gifts are available for your guests to choose from. They will be able to learn about the coffee growing culture of Puerto Rico and it’s history through storyboards and props. A relaxing and informative way to drink a cup of joe!
Set-up and Decor
There are two options available:
Tropical Gazebo: The area is decorated to look tropical and fun with natural palm leaves, coqui frogs, pava hats and flowers to give that ‘island feeling’. Our 8 wooden Tiki Men and Women are lined up along the entrance to model the various style options available and provide for a dramatic entrance.• A 15 x 15 tented Gazebo as pictured. We have several tents available to assist in serving all group sizes and time frames.
Table Set-up: We will set up two tables, with a minimal decorated with a tropical touch. Two of our wooden Tiki statues will be placed on either side with a display area of the various items.
Vouchers
Vouchers or certificates can be provided within the Registration Packets. We have many examples to show you, and are happy to design a voucher specifically for your group, or we can use a design of yours. At the Fashion Fiesta kiosk we will accept the vouchers and provide the guest with tickets for their choice of sarong or shorts. We monitor and count the vouchers and tickets to provide you with an accurate final count.

• We would staff with 6 employees, minimum of 4 hours. (based on group of 200 and scheduling)
Payment Schedule: 80% deposit up front and the balance upon reconciliation. We require a guarantee number 1 month prior to event. This number can fluctuate by 10% up to 2 weeks out from program
Product Options:
All gifts would be themed to ‘Puerto Rican coffee’ . Minimum dollar value is $35.00 per person. We will build special gift packages for your guests according to your budget. Themed gifts to include:

• Traditional Mountain ‘Jibaro’ gifts like guiros, pava hats, pilones and dulces tipicos.
