Music playing…. Lights highlighting the tropical flowers… leis and laughter…. What better way to gift your important guests than with the item of their choice! The Caribbean Trading Fashion Fiesta allows your guests to hand-pick the sarong, shirt or shorts of their choice with lessons given on the many fashionable ways to tie a sarong. We take care of all the details- staffing, gazebos, merchandise, and decoration to ensure a truly terrific event and gift. It’s a celebration of island fashion!
Set-up and Decor – -There are two options available:
Tropical Gazebo: A 15 x 15 tented Gazebo as pictured. The area is decorated to look tropical and fun with natural palm leaves, coqui frogs, pava hats and flowers to give that ‘island feeling’. Our 8 wooden Tiki Men and Women are lined up along the entrance to model the various style options available and provide for a dramatic entrance.
Table Set-up: We will set up two tables, with a minimal decorated with a tropical touch. Two of our wooden Tiki statues will be placed on either side with a display area of the various items.
VouchersVouchers or certificates can be provided within the Registration Packets. We are happy to design a voucher specifically for your group, or we can use a design of yours. At the Fashion Fiesta kiosk we will accept the vouchers and provide the guest with tickets for their choice of sarong or shorts. We monitor and count the vouchers and tickets to provide you with an accurate final count.

Staffing:
• We would staff with 6 employees, minimum of 4 hours. (based on group of 200 and scheduling)
Payment Schedule: 80% deposit up front and the balance upon reconciliation. We require a guarantee number 1 month prior to event. This number can fluctuate by 10% up to 2 weeks out from programProduct Options: (must choose 1 men’s and 1 ladies’ option)
• Women’s Sarongs: hand painted top quality rayon sarongs or pareos. We will have approximately 40% above your numbers in the amount of sarongs available to ensure a great selection.
• Men’s Swim Trunks: The Panama Jack swim trunks. We will have approximately 40% above your numbers in the amount of trunks available to ensure a great selection.
