Caribbean Rum Balls: These balls are sweet, and most people first notice the flavors of the coconut and then the rum. Offering a fudge and truffle-like consistency, it is love at first bite! The mixture is prepared without water, with the Rum providing the mixture’s consistency. Ingredients: Prepared Raw Coconut (Sweetened), Confectioner’s sugar, Corn Syrup (small amount acts as binding agent), Powdered Chocolate (Cocoa), Rum. The mixture is then hand-rolled into 1” diameter balls. Vanilla Wafers are crushed. The balls are next rolled in the crushed vanilla wafers.
There are 10 rumballs in the 4oz box. Measurement of 4oz box is 5 ½” L x 2 ¾” W x 1 ¾” D. There is also an 8oz (18 balls) and 12 oz (28 balls) available.
